    INGREDIENTS:

    • cottage cheese 150 gr.,
    • vegetable oil – 4 tbsp.,
    • egg – 1 pc.,
    • sugar – 2 tbsp.,
    • flour – 1.75 cups,
    • baking powder – 5 gr.
    • For the filling:

      • eggs – 3 pcs.,
      • fresh tangerines – 600 gr., (you can use peaches)
      • 1 lemon
      • butter – 100 gr.,
      • sugar – 150 gr.,
      • cottage cheese – 750 gr.,
      • sour cream – 225 g,
      • baking powder – 1 tsp

    HOW I MAKE THIS:

    1. Mix the cottage cheese with the vegetable oil with a mixer, add the egg, sugar, add the sifted flour with the baking powder and knead the dough.
      Then roll out the dough and put it on parchment paper, make the high sides of the dough and while preparing the filling put it in the fridge.
    2. For the filling, separate the egg whites from the yolks, beat them and put them in the refrigerator for a while. From the washed lemon rub 1 tsp large. zest and squeeze 1 teaspoon large. lemon juice.
    3. Beat the softened butter, sugar and egg yolks with a mixer. Add cottage cheese, cream, baking powder, lemon zest and juice, mix everything well. Then we clean the tangerines, clean them from the membranes and put half the slices in the filling. Tangerines can be replaced with fresh or canned peach slices. Mix the beaten egg whites with a spoon. Once again mix very well.
    4. Take the pan with the dough out of the refrigerator, spread the curd mass, deepen the remaining slices of tangerine on top and bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for an hour. If the top starts to brown too much, cover it with foil. Serve the cake to the table only after it has cooled.
