    INGREDIENTS:

    • 1,1 lbs cherries
    • 0,22 lbs granulated sugar
    • 1 packet of vanilla
    • cinnamon stick
    For the cream
    • 2 egg yolks
    • 2 cups of milk
    • 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
    • 2 tablespoons of flour
    • Half a pack of cream cheese
    for cake
    • 6 eggs
    • 6 tablespoons of flour
    • 2 soup spoons of cocoa
    • 7 tablespoons of granulated sugar
    • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

     

    HOW I MAKE THIS:

    Cook the cherries, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon for 20 minutes and leave to cool.

    For the cake, beat the egg whites with the sugar until fluffy. Add egg yolks one by one. Combine flour, cocoa and baking powder and sift into the mixture.

    Transfer the dough to a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and bake in the oven set at 352 degrees. Take it out of the oven, turn it upside down on a clean kitchen cloth and let it cool.

    In a saucepan, whisk the egg yolk, milk, granulated sugar and flour thoroughly with a mixer. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it reaches the

    Sprinkle cocoa on top and garnish with whipped cream, cherries and cinnamon sticks.
    Refrigerate until serving.
